Even if your parcel is marked "INELIGIBLE" come to the Meeting on Tuesday! 2007 Fire Victims were excluded from notification because they didn't have a "habitable structure" on their parcel in 2008, when Powerlink was approved. DUH! They had burned to the ground in October 2007. Pretty nigh onto impossible to have dealt with finding a place to live, FEMA, insurance settlements, permits, bids, construction... all in a YEAR! SDG&E made the rules... they should be able to change them and not restrict fire victims. These are yearly grants for the life of the Powerlink. APPLY!
